Location
Open Web Camp will again be held at Stanford University, in Palo Alto California. This one-day event will kick off at 8:30 AM in the historic Cubberley Auditorium.
The event, open and free to all (with limited ticketing) is sponsored and hosted by the Stanford Online Accessibility Program (a program administered by Student Affairs) with the gracious and valuable support of Opera Software and our other valued sponsors, who allow us to present this event to Bay Area Developers free of charge.
Getting There
Public transportation
Public transit is available via the CalTrain station at Palo Alto. Unfortunately the free Marguerite shuttle does not run on weekends, so it is suggested you bring your bike or make the 15 minute walk up Palm Drive from the train station. There is plenty of bicycle parking right outside the building. Go green!
Driving...
- Exit Highway 101 at University Avenue (Palo Alto)
- Follow University Ave. through town until it becomes Palm Drive (at El Camino Real, as you enter the campus)
...and Parking
Parking is free on weekends, and the closest lots are directly off of Palm Drive just before approaching the Oval – there may also be some available spots on the Oval itself. A detailed map of parking locations is also available in PDF format.
